Katie is a proud Angeleno, splitting her time between Venice Beach and Landers in the high desert.

Her photography captures the hidden beauty in every day situations and ordinary objects. She most recently shot portraits of FKA Twigs for her latest video "Holy Terrain". Her work was recently published in LaLa magazine Spring edition, where she was commissioned to photograph the actress, Isabelle Furhman. She had her first exhibit in London with Cluster Photography in 2020, and was recently selected to show her work in the Ruth Borchard Collection online exhibit: Self-Portrait 2021. Her work has been in international exhibits from Bangkok to London. Her next exhibit will be in September 2023 for a 6 week run at UMICO gallery in Atwater Village, Los Angeles.

When she is not taking pictures Katie is writing, directing, donating time to philanthropic endeavors and proudly raising her two daughters, Willa and Luna. Flynn is the co-founder of Young Hearts, a philanthropic extension of the Open Hearts Foundation, working to create accessible volunteer opportunities for younger generations.

Most recently, Flynn completed her passion project, "Townes" which received multiple festival awards, and was invited to co-direct , "Everything I Ever Wanted to Tell My Daughter about Men", a film premiering at the Austin Film Festival 2021 in support of RISE, an organization that protects survivors of sexual assault. Flynn also wrote the comedy, "Over-sharing," directed by Terri Timely and Produced by Park Pictures which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2018.
